内外固定联合在不稳定性胫腓骨骨折治疗中的应用

自1998年以来,我院采用小切口切开复位有限内固定结合单侧多功能外固定支架治疗不稳定性胫腓骨骨折17例,随访1年以上者14例,05～1年者3例,效果满意,尤其是对胫腓骨中下1/3粉碎性骨折疗效显著,现报告如下。1临床资料本组17例,男10例,女7例;年龄18～39岁13例,40岁以上4例;左侧8例,右侧9例。损伤原因:车祸伤15例,重物砸伤2例。骨折部位:胫腓骨中上1/3段3例,中段4例,中下1/3段10例。骨折性质:开放性6例(伴软组织缺损者2例),闭合性11例。
