可调盘式四针外固定架治疗股骨颈骨折

1996-2001年我院在收治的股骨颈骨折患者中,选用自行设计的可调盘式四针外固定架治疗64例。该治疗方法创伤小,操作简便,固定牢靠,术后可早期下床功能锻炼,是一种可靠的治疗方法。现总结报告如下。1临床资料本组64例,男39例,女25例;年龄24～71岁,平均46岁,均为新鲜骨折。骨折分型:按骨折移位程度:GardenⅠ型8例,GardenⅡ型15例,GardenⅢ型36例,GardenⅣ型5例;按骨折线部位:头下型骨折12例,头颈型骨折14例,经颈型骨折16例,股骨颈基底部骨折22例。
