镍钛-聚髌器治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折

我院自2000年1月-2001年12月采用镍钛-聚髌器(NTPC)治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折36例,取得了满意的效果,现报告如下。1资料与方法11一般资料本组男22例,女14例;年龄21～74岁,平均553岁。闭合伤33例,开放伤3例,碎骨块体积5mm3以上2～12块,平均86块。所有病例均为新鲜骨折。受伤原因:跌伤26例,车祸8例,高空坠落伤2例。
