肩关节后脱位的诊断

肩关节后脱位临床少见,误诊率高。我科自1997年4月-2002年2月,接诊6例,报告如下。1临床资料11一般资料本组男5例,女1例;年龄17～54岁,平均413岁;其中1例为残疾人。右侧5例,左侧1例;就诊时间4h～6周,初诊即确诊仅2例,其余4例均被多次误诊,平均确诊时间29d。本组6例均有明确外伤史,其中1例原为肩关节前脱位(盂下型),局麻下行手牵足蹬复位时上臂内旋过度所致,其余5例均为运动时突然跌倒所致。本组6例均为肩峰下型脱位,其中2例合并肱骨头凹陷性骨折,1例合并肩胛盂后缘骨折。
