前后对抗牵引法治疗肩关节前脱位

我院于1987年9月-2002年9月采用前后对抗牵引法,治疗肩关节前脱位,疗效满意,现介绍如下。1资料与方法11临床资料本组30例,均为男性;年龄20～46岁,平均32岁,均为单侧肩关节脱位。其中12例合并肱骨大结节撕脱性骨折,受伤时间均在24h内;采用本法整复,全部复位;经6个月～2年随访,均未发现任何后遗症。12治疗方法首先让患者面向椅背,坐于椅上,健肢前臂平放于椅背上,然后前面一人将患肢托住缓缓向前向上抬举与患肩平行,并两手握住患肢腕部,牵引时保持患肢中立位。
