近年来,人们对骨折愈合过程的认识到了分子生物学水平。伴随着人们对其修复过程认识的不断深入,国内外专家学者也在不断地从各个方面探求促进骨折愈合的方法。电刺激作为传统的治疗骨折和骨不连的有效手段,一直是临床骨科研究和应用的热点,而且随着研究的深入,它也不断地得到改进,不断地融入了各种医学理论,本文将就其发展过程及现状作一综述。
