开放性跟骨骨折临床常见,早期处理不当,易致跟骨外露、感染,影响踝足功能。作者自1996年8月-2003年1月,采取Ⅰ期固定,用带蒂皮瓣转移覆盖创面,治疗14例开放性跟骨骨折病人,临床观察疗效肯定,现报告如下。
