晚期前十字韧带、内侧副韧带损伤,引起膝前内侧旋转不稳定并易产生创伤性关节炎。自1998年7月-2001年1月我们应用超关节外固定架使半脱位的胫股关节解剖复位、固定,重建前十字韧带、内侧副韧带,恢复膝关节的生理解剖及生物力学,获得了满意的治疗效果。
