36例浮膝损伤的治疗

浮膝损伤系指同侧股骨和胫骨同时发生骨折,使膝关节与股骨和胫骨的连续性中断而失去其稳定性。这是一种以车祸为主要致伤原因的下肢严重损伤,随着交通业的发展,此类损伤较为多见,由于损伤严重、复杂,常造成治疗上的困难。我院自1995年6月-2001年3月收治浮膝损伤患者36例,临床效果满意,报告如下。
