带股方肌肌蒂大转子骨瓣植入术治疗股骨头缺血性坏死

自1987年6月-2000年3月,我们共应用带股方肌肌蒂大转子骨瓣治疗股骨头缺血坏死共58例69个髋关节,随访3年以上者55例65个髋关节,获良好效果。1 临床资料本组55例,男35例,女20例;年龄最小12岁,最大62岁,平均38.5岁。
