膝关节后交叉韧带损伤的治疗在临床报导较少,我院自1998—2002年先后治疗8例,取得了较好的疗效。1 临床资料本组8例中男6例,女2例;年龄20～35岁。除一例坠落伤3d后来诊,均伤后2～4h来院。骑摩托车伤6例,运动伤1例,坠落伤1例;1例开放性骨折,余均为闭合性骨折,只有1例合并股骨内髁开放骨折,内、外侧副韧带损伤。
