AF系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折

经椎弓根复位内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱不稳定骨折,椎弓根螺钉具有三维空间复位和短节段固定等优点,我们采用AF系统治疗26例取得了较满意的临床效果。AF结构简单、操作方便、力学合理、固定牢固,尤其在恢复脊柱序列和椎管的有效减压方面有其独到之处。
