射频气化仪用于40例镜下膝关节清理术

我院于2002年2—7月将射频气化仪(美国 Arthro Care公司)应用于40例镜下膝关节清理术,获得良好疗效。1 临床资料 本组40例,男14例,女26例;年龄45～62岁。关节镜下诊断为:股骨髁软骨退变25例,半月板损伤8例,内侧滑膜皱襞综合征5例,部分前交叉韧带损伤2例。
