肩锁关节脱位的治疗是临床值得探讨的问题,对AllmanⅢ度肩锁关节脱位,大多数作者主张手术治疗,但对手术方式、术后固定和功能锻炼,如何预防再脱位和减少创伤性关节炎的发生等问题仍然存在着分歧。自1998年5月-2002年5月我们采用张力带固定与喙锁韧带修复重建治疗AllmanⅢ度肩锁关节脱位19例,取得满意效果,现报告如下。
