喙突上移加克氏针治疗肩锁关节脱位

肩锁关节脱位是骨伤科常见的外伤性脱位之一,临床发病率较高,且治疗复杂,通常的外固定加压治疗很难达到复位效果。而一般的手术穿针韧带修复治疗则又往往会出现固定针松动,从而出现复位不理想的现象。近年来,我院骨科采用切开复位喙突上移加交叉克氏针内固定术治疗肩锁关节脱位31例,经随访观察,效果良好,现总结如下。
