锁骨远端截骨喙肩韧带内移治疗肩锁关节脱位

自1991年,我们通过锁骨远端截骨喙肩韧带内移治疗肩关节脱位20例取得了满意疗效,现报告如下。1 临床资料 本组20例,男15例,女5例;年龄21～49岁,平均35.4岁。左侧6例,右侧 14例。撞伤5例,摔伤 15例,病程2 h～5d,平均7.5h。
