腕月骨背侧旋转脱位1例报告

患者男性,36岁,拳击运动员。2002年4月11日因右腕伤痛伴功能丧失8 h来院求治。就诊前8h,病员从约3.5 m高处坠下,身体倾斜,右手掌支撑着地致右腕受伤,伤后感右腕剧痛,畸形,右腕及手指活动受限,第2、3、4指麻木,未经任何处理来我院求治。伤后神志清楚,无昏迷、恶心、呕吐等症。专科检查:右腕:从右腕横纹上3 cm至右手各指青紫、肿胀关节前后径增厚,餐叉样畸形,以腕骨正中向背凸畸形,桡骨远端压病,有骨擦感,功能丧失,手指呈屈曲状,伸屈障碍,第2、3、4指痛觉减弱。
