过顶手法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折

肱骨外科颈骨折在老年、成人、儿童患者中时有发生。但本文仅报告儿童及成人,而且是骨折远端单纯向外上方移位,重叠1～3 cm,成角畸形,既不属内收型,也不属于外展型,我科从1992年以来,共收住肱骨外科颈新鲜骨折136例,均采用过顶手法复位,取得满意效果,报告如下。
