中西医结合治疗骨关节结核伴寒性脓肿189例

自1993年5月至2002年6月,我们采用中西医结合治疗骨关节结核伴寒性脓肿189例,取得较好的临床效果,现就治疗方法分析报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料本组病例中男121例,女68例;年龄7～81岁,平均42岁。其中脊柱结核81例,关节结核52例(膝关节28例、骶髂关节12例,髋关节9例,肘关节3例),骨干结核26例(胫骨16例,尺桡骨10例),胸壁结核累及肋骨者30例。所有病例均伴有寒性脓肿或窦道。
