胶原酶是一种主要溶解胶原蛋白的酶,是从溶组织的梭状芽胞杆菌中提炼而成的。我院自2000年一2001年采用国产胶原酶(辽宁味邦生物制药有限公司,批号0206041)盘外注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症126例,近期疗效满意,现报告如下。
