我们自2001年2月起,用椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的同时,加自固化磷酸钙人工骨（ACPC）行椎体内灌注成形,近期疗效满意,现报告如下。1 临床资料本组29例,男20例,女9例;年龄28～58岁,平均37.2岁。受伤原因:高处坠落伤18例,车祸伤8例,重物压伤3例。骨折部位:T₁₁1例,T₁₂8例,L₁₃13例,L₂4例,L₃2例,L₄1例。骨折类型按Denis分型:压缩型19例,爆裂型10例。
