胫骨平台骨折是一种比较常见的关节内复杂骨折,治疗不当将产生创伤性关节炎、关节不稳定及关节功能障碍等。我们依据AO分类原则和塌陷程度,分为B、C两种类型,本组52例胫骨平台骨折,采用不同的治疗和康复方法,获得了满意的治疗效果,现报告如下。
