经皮AO空心钉治疗股骨颈骨折

我院于1997年1月一2000年3月采用经皮AO空心拉力螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折34例,其中33例恢复正常行走,取得较好疗效,报告如下。1 临床资料本组34例,男14例,女20例;年龄26～79岁,平均56.8岁;左侧15例,右侧19例。按Garden分型:Ⅰ型12例,Ⅱ型15例,Ⅲ型5例,Ⅳ型2例。受伤原因:跌伤20例,坠落伤8例,车祸伤6例。受伤至手术时间:3～12 d,平均5.5 d。
