对单足站立时髋关节接触力的不同看法

毛宾尧主编的《髋关节外科学》关于人体单足站立时重心与髋关节接触力的观点,本人有不同见解。分析如下(见图1): 图1 单足静止站立,S为重心,K为体重的垂直力,h为重力K的力臂,M为外展肌力,h为力M的力臂,R为力K和M的合力。
