两种方法治疗股骨颈骨折疗效分析

自1994-2002年,我们治疗股骨颈骨折病人86例,其中单纯加压螺纹钉内固定52例,带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣植入并加压螺纹钉内固定34例。现将带旋髂深髂骨瓣植骨术作为治疗组,加压螺纹钉内固定作为对照组,分析报道如下。
