X线检查在颈椎病诊断上的意义

颈椎病是骨伤科临床的常见病、多发病,目前在临床往往重视颈椎CT及MRI的检查,而容易忽略颈椎X线的改变,我们发现在临床上临床症状结合X线片的改变对颈椎病的诊断尤为重要。自2000-2002年对298例颈椎病患者及60例非颈椎病患者的X线改变进行了比较观察,现将具体情况报告如下。
