自1998年4月以来,采用全椎板减压AF系统固定、横突间植骨融合术治疗胸腰椎骨折54例,报告如下。1 临床资料 54例患者中,男41例,女13例;年龄最大者64岁,最小者19岁。受伤原因:高处坠落伤35例,车祸伤14例,砸伤3例,腹部撞击伤2例。
