儿童腕肘联合损伤16例报告

腕肘联合损伤临床上比较少见,治疗上亦较困难,若处理不当,易引起缺血性肌挛缩及神经、血管并发症,遗留肘、腕关节功能活动障碍等。我院小儿骨科自1994年6月～2001年6月年共收治此类损伤16例,经采用手法、手术治疗,疗效满意。现总结报告如下。
