1999年12月-2002年12月,对204例增生狭窄型腰椎间盘突出症患者实施手术治疗,疗效满意,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组共183例,其中男97例,女86例;年龄最大者76岁,最小者20岁,平均年龄49.81岁。病史最长者36年,最短者1周,平均3.24年。
