儿童肱骨髁上骨折不同治疗方法的肘关节功能评价

1992～2000年间采用手法复位石膏外固定、牵引治疗、手术治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折317例。现将不同治疗方法与关节功能的关系进行分析总结。1 临床资料本组317例,男202例,女115例;年龄3～14岁,平均7.2岁。左侧136例,右侧181例。其中开放性骨折9例,多发性损伤13例。新鲜性骨折305例,陈旧性骨折12例。
