手法整复外固定治疗旋后外旋型三踝骨折

我院从2000年采用手法整复外固定治疗旋后外旋型三踝骨折52例,取得了满意效果,现报告如下。1 临床资料本组52例,男24例,女28例;年龄17～75岁,平均41岁。左侧30例,右侧22例。按Lange-Hansan分型均为旋后外旋型三踝骨折,后踝骨折片均小于关节面的1/4。受伤时间:伤后2～72 h。
