儿童股骨头缺血性坏死是发生于儿童股骨头的自愈性、自限性畸形。其病因及病理仍未明确,治疗方法较多,在治疗方法的选择上仍存有较大的争议。本文结合我院近20年来治疗的此类病例,综合已有的大量文献,对其治疗及预后进行了一定的探索。
