医学影像学的发展,提高了腰椎间盘病变的检出率,推动了椎间盘摘除术的广泛开展。但随之发现相当数量的病人术后疗效并不理想,且近年再手术率有明显上升趋势。国外报道的失败率为5％～20％,表现为术后腰痛、根性症状等原有症状重视或加剧,或出现新的症状和体征。现对可能影响手术治疗效果的相关因素进行分析,旨在加深理论认识,提高临床诊疗质量。
