站立位是人体最常见的体位之一。本研究试图通过三维有限元的方法研究站立位时跟距骨在承载和传导躯体载荷时的生物力学特点。1 材料和方法 正常男性志愿者,25岁,身高170cm,体重60kg,无跟痛及外伤史,摄X线平片检查未见异常。对志愿者跟距骨进行螺旋扫描及三维影像重建。读取跟距骨及周围韧带的三维空间坐标,输入计算机。 |
