桡骨下端骨折是临床上常见的骨折,如果处理不当会导致腕关节疼痛或创伤性腕关节不稳定,我科于1990年1月-2000年12月运用牵抖手法治疗桡骨下端闭合性骨折360例,取得了良好的疗效,现总结报告如下。
