上举牵引左右旋转法整复肩关节脱位

自1992年12月-2002年12月采用上举牵引左右旋转法复位37例肩关节脱位,临床效果满意。1 临床资料 本组37例,男25例,女12例;年龄20～73岁。向前脱位:喙突下脱位17例,盂下脱位11例,锁骨下脱位6例,胸廓内脱位2例。向后脱位:肩峰下脱位1例,其中合并大结节撕脱骨折10例。
