外展后伸膝压牵引法整复肩关节前脱位

笔者用外展后伸膝压牵引手法复位治疗肩关节前脱位32例,疗效满意,现报告如下。1 临床资料 本组32例,男28例,女4例;年龄最小18岁,最大87岁。右侧19例,左侧13例,全部为新鲜脱位,其中习惯性脱位7例。分型:锁骨下型8例,喙突下型15例,盂下型9例。单纯性脱位18例,合并肱骨大结节骨折14例。
