内外组合式固定治疗股骨髁部复杂骨折

股骨髁部严重粉碎性骨折,多系直接暴力引起的高能损伤,该类骨折涉及关节内和关节外,损伤复杂,处理棘手,后遗症多,一直是创伤骨科中的一个治疗难题。我院自1994年4月-2000年10月,采用局限切开、复位内固定波及关节面的骨折,骨外固定器远近端穿针作整体固定的组合式固定法治疗该类骨折21例,疗效满意,现报告如下。
