脊柱结核占全身骨关节结核的首位,其起病隐匿,发病年龄较早,症状较轻,早期诊断不易,临床上发现较晚。近年来,发病率呈上升趋势,国外也是如此。为了引起广大临床医师的注意,能对此类病人作出及时、正确的诊断和治疗,现将我科自1995年1月-2001年6月共手术治疗40例总结如下。
