胫腓骨多段开放性骨折并皮肤缺损,治疗难度较大,治疗方法亦较多。我院自1995年8月-2001年2月利用Bastiani式单侧外固定架并皮瓣转移治疗胫腓骨多段开放性骨折并皮肤缺损26例,随访19个月～5年,疗效满意。1 临床资料本组26例,男17例,女9例;年龄19～56岁,平均35岁。左侧10例,右侧16例。
