Richards钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆部骨折临床应用日渐广泛,手术并发症亦时有发生。从1996年1月-2000年1月我科应用Richards钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆部骨折96例,出现并发症12例(12.5％)。分析如下。1 临床资料 本组12例,男7例,女5例;年龄64～78岁,平均69岁。
