股骨颈骨折是临床上较常见的骨折,治疗方法较多,内固定效果报道不一。我院自1999年2月-2000年8月采用闭合复位经皮空心钉治疗股骨颈骨折28例,取得满意疗效。1 临床资料 本组28例中男16例,女12例;年龄21～72岁,平均49.5岁。
