半腱肌肌腱重建膝关节后交叉韧带11例

膝关节后交叉韧带损伤是一种常见的创伤,传统的观点认为单纯后交叉韧带损伤无需手术治疗,故文献中关于修复后交叉韧带损伤的报道较少。郭世绂认为后交叉韧带是维持膝关节稳定的重要结构,随着病对肢体功能要求不断提高及医疗技术发展,修复重建后交叉韧带引起广泛重视,后交叉韧带断裂必须及时手术修复。我科采用半腱肌肌腱重建后交叉韧带,对恢复膝关节稳定性,提高生活质量,取得了满意的效果。
