交锁髓内钉在胫骨骨折中的应用

我院自1999年10月-2002年1月应用交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折57例,效果良好,报告如下。1 临床资料 本组57例,男39例,女18例;年龄19～63岁,平均35岁。闭合骨折45例,开放骨折12例(开放骨折按Gustilo分类:Ⅰ型8例,Ⅱ型3例,ⅢA型1例)。
