人工双髋关节假体同时折断再次手术1例

患者,男,54岁,自幼患小儿麻痹症,于1983年行双髋关节置换术,术后效果良好,行走仍跛行(因右股四头肌力Ⅲ级)。于2000年8月来我院,自诉行走时双髋部疼痛,X线摄片发现双侧假体柄全部折断。入院后首先按骨盆平片预先制作人工假体,假体柄长度占股骨干全长的1/3,留术中备用。假体取除:切开显露髋关节后,将髋关节致脱位,正常取出原假体近端,折断部分在C形臂X线下定位后,在相应部位行股骨开窗,将折断部分取出。髋臼按常规取出。
