双手压颈挺胸治疗胸椎后关节紊乱

胸椎后关节紊乱是临床中常见的一种疾病,损伤后颈背酸痛,有负重感,其痛可向颈部两侧放散,每于头部旋转或后伸时疼痛加重,故与“落枕”相似,压痛部位在患侧肩胛骨内缘T3-8之间,常出现深呼吸、咳嗽或打喷嚏时疼痛加剧,严重时可引起胸骨柄疼痛。本人在推拿临床实践中总结出一套双手压颈挺胸治疗胸椎后关节紊乱的手法,从1985年开始运用到今,取得满意疗效,现介绍如下。
