手法整复小夹板外固定治疗伸直型肱骨髁上骨折

肱骨髁上骨折是儿童常见的骨折之一,以5～8岁儿童最为常见,而伸直型骨折约占肱骨髁上骨折的95％,笔者自1989年以来,共收治本类骨折病人157例,根据骨折的移位机制及肘部的解剖特点,通过手法整复后以杉树皮夹板超肘关节,屈肘100°～130°悬吊固定3～5周,均收到满意效果,现报道如下。1 一般资料本组157例中男106例,女51例;年龄3～12岁;右侧113例,左侧44例。尺偏102例,桡偏37例,中立位18例。
