肱骨干骨不连的病因和预防

肱骨干骨折一般系指肱骨外科颈以下2 cm至肱骨髁上2 cm之间的骨折,无论采用保守或手术开放复位内固定治疗,发生骨不连并不少见,非手术处理的肱骨干骨折骨不连发生率约2％～5％,但初次予以切开复位内固定肱骨干骨折骨不连发生率可高达25％。肱骨干系非承重骨,肌肉附着点多,应力环境复杂,骨折后的治疗以及骨愈合过程较为特殊,导致骨不连的因素较为复杂,值得总结和探讨,从而达到预防和减少肱骨干骨不连发生的目的。
