肌间沟阻滞麻醉手法治疗冻结肩

自1999年3月采用肌间沟阻滞麻醉行手法治疗冻结肩39例,疗效满意。1 临床资料 本组39例中,男8例,女31例;发病年龄,38～69岁;左肩23例,右肩16例;病程:6周～20个月,伴发糖尿病者8例。根据刘继军分型,本组病例轻型3例,中型19例,重型17例。
