成人股骨头缺血性坏死临床治疗方法很多,自1997年8月开始我们临床采用股骨头内循环重建,坏死骨钻除,减压植骨治疗股骨头缺血性坏死18例23髋,经临床观察,疗效满意。1 临床资料本组18例,男9例,女9例;年龄22～70岁,平均43岁。
